Billy Cannon

A Heisman trophy winner at LSU, he was drafted by both the Rams and the Oilers in 1960. After a drama-filled spring and summer during which he signed contracts with both teams, the courts awarded his rights to the Oilers. He spent four seasons with the Oilers before being traded to the Raiders, where he played until 1969. He finished his pro career with a season in Kansas City before retiring to become a dentist.
