•	According to the league's final official statistics, the Raiders finished third in both team offense and team defense

•	[[Clem Daniels]] led the league in rushing with 1,098 yards on 214 carries

•	[[Tom Flores]] finished second in passing

•	[[Art Powell]] led the league with 1,304 receiving yards and 16 receiving touchdowns, and finished second with 73 receptions and 96 points scored

•	United Press Internation named six players to their All-AFL first team: wide receiver [[Art Powell]], center [[Jim Otto]], middle linebacker [[Arch Matsos]], safety [[Tommy Morrow]], cornerback [[Fred Williamson]], and halfback [[Clem Daniels]]

•	Defensive end [[Dalva Allen]] was named to the second team

•	Guard [[Wayne Hawkins]] and safety [[Joe Krakoski]] were given honorable mention

•	The team set a new home regular season attendance record at 149,246
