Wide receiver Art Powell, guard Wayne Hawkins, center Jim Otto, halfback Clem Daniels, defensive tackle Tom Keating, and cornerbacks Dave Grayson and Kent McCloughan were all named to the Western Division squad for next month's AFL All-Star Game in Oakland.

The Packers signed Oakland's second-round pick in the 1966 AFL redshirt draft, University of Maryland guard Tom Cichowski.
