The Raiders placed wide receiver Fred Biletnikoff on injured reserve following knee surgery two days ago. They also placed linebacker Ray Schmautz (back) on the injured list. The team then activated wide receiver Bill Miller and linebacker Richard Jackson from the taxi squad.
