News

• Before a record home crowd of 17,568, the Raiders beat the Bills, 35-17, at Frank Youell Field.

• The game marked the debut of the team's new home black and silver uniforms.

• The teams combined for 752 net passing yards, a new AFL record.

Cotton Davidson started for the Raiders at quarterback and completed 14 of 29 passes for 315 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception.

Clem Daniels caught three passes for 172 yards and a touchdown.

Injury Updates

• Daniels suffered a deep thigh bruise in the game.

• Defensive back Joe Krakoski also had a thigh injury.

• Tackle Proverb Jacobs strained a knee.
