Six Raiders were named to the Associated Press AFL All-Star first team: wide receiver Art Powell, center Jim Otto, halfback Clem Daniels, middle linebacker Arch Matsos, cornerback Fred Williamson, and safety Tommy Morrow

Guard Wayne Hawkins, defensive end Dalva Allen, and safety Joe Krakoski were named to the second team

Tackle Proverb Jacobs, guard Sonny Bishop, defensive tackle Dave Costa, and cornerback Jim McMillin were given honorable mention

According to the league's official statistics, Clem Daniels was second with 940 rushing yards

Tom Flores was sixth in passing and Cotton Davidson was eighth

Art Powell was fourth with 63 receptions and second with 1,057 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns

As a team, the Raiders were third in total offense and second in total defense

The team's 11th-round draft pick, George quarterback Larry Rakestraw, signed with the Bears.

Injury Updates

Matsos (ankle) was listed as questionable for the season-ender against the Oilers on the 22nd
