Six Raiders players were named to the Associated Press All-AFL first team: center Jim Otto, tight end Billy Cannon, quarterback Daryle Lamonica, defensive tackle Tom Keating, defensive end Ben Davidson, and cornerback Kent McCloughan.

Six more were named to the second team: tackle Harry Schuh, guard Wayne Hawkins, running back Hewritt Dixon, middle linebacker Dan Conners, cornerback Willie Brown, and safety Rodger Bird.
