The Raiders traded wide receiver Art Powell and quarterback Tom Flores, along with their second-round pick in the 1967 draft to the Bills for quarterback Daryle Lamonica, wide receiver Glenn Bass, and Buffalo's third-round pick and the fifth-round pick they had received from the Chiefs in a separate deal.
