San Jose city manager Dutch Hamann said he was “quietly, unofficially” looking to bring the Raiders to his city. He said he had not talked directly with the team’s owners, but suggested that either San Jose State’s Spartan Stadium or the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds would be suitable playing sites.
