News

The Raiders' record dropped to 0-5 with a 35-13 loss to the Jets in Oakland's Shea Stadium debut.

Head coach Al Davis decided to go with Tom Flores starting at quarterback again in a game-time decision. He also tabbed Jan Barrett to start at tight end ahead of Ken Herock.

Injury Update

Despite a pulled leg muscle, halfback Billy Cannon played and caught six passes for 110 yards.

Linebacker Bill Budness took a knee to the head in the first quarter and missed the rest of the game. JR Williamson took his place in the lineup.
