News

The Raiders signed former Browns and Steelers halfback Billy Reynolds. To make room for Reynolds, the team cut halfback Bob Keyes. Head coach Eddie Erdelatz said Reynolds wouldn’t make his first appearance with the team until the Titans game on the 28th.

Updating news from yesterday, the Tribune reported that fullback Billy Lott had recovered from his back injury more quickly than expected, but that Jetstream Smith would still start against the Bills tomorrow.
